verified in AES by May 16, 2025.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p style="margin:0in;font-size:medium;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">Any roster changes done after 8am on May 24, 2025, will have a late/change roster fee of $50.&nbsp;&nbsp;Fee must be paid at the time of the roster change.&nbsp;</p><p style="margin:0in;font-size:medium;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin:0in;font-size:medium;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">Payments and registration must be received by the deadline date to obtain discounted fee.&nbsp;&nbsp;Registration and Payment must be completed to obtain an accepted status in AES.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p style="margin:0in;font-size:medium;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin:0in;font-size:medium;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">Acceptance is first come first served for each division.&nbsp;&nbsp;We will accept teams till each division is filled, once division are filled remaining teams that have not paid will be placed on a wait list.&nbsp;&nbsp;When you have made the deadline for the discounted fee, please make sure your check reflects the correct amount, refunds will not be issued.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p style="margin:0in;font-size:medium;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin:0in;font-size:medium;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">Winners in each age division will receive free entry into AAU National Championships or the Volleyball Festival.&nbsp;&nbsp;This is not a bid; your team must be registered &amp; accepted (which includes paid) for either the AAU National Championships or The Volleyball Festival before your division closes.&nbsp;&nbsp;This is a team award for the current season and may not be passed to another team in your club or saved for the future.&nbsp;&nbsp;If you division is closed, you have the option to be put on the wait list or enter another division in the same age group.&nbsp;&nbsp;All teams must still register for the AAU National Championships or Volleyball Festival by the appropriate entry deadline and/or the entry requirements and policies as outlined in the event information packet.</p><p style="margin:0in;font-size:medium;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin:0in;font-size:medium;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">We are not a stay-to-play tournament, but please reserve your rooms at one of our preferred properties by using this link: https://app.eventpipe.com/event/82910bdc-20e9-4403-934c-db01b10d794d/book/</p><p style="margin:0in;font-size:medium;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin:0in;font-size:medium;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">Team Drops and Refund Policy for Tournament Central Events including USAV and AAU Super Regionals.</p><p style="margin:0in;font-size:medium;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin:0in;font-size:medium;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">Teams that drop out 40 days or more prior to the first start date of the registered tournament, will be refunded their entry fee minus a 20% service charge.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p style="margin:0in;font-size:medium;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin:0in;font-size:medium;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">Teams that drop after that will not receive a refund.</p><p style="margin:0in;font-size:medium;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin:0in;font-size:medium;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">Teams that chose to go to another related / hosted tournament may have 100% of their entry fees transferred to the other tournament.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must be done at least 2 weeks prior to start date of tournament.</p>
