Notes: <p>Date: April 5-6, 2025<o:p></o:p></p><p>City: &nbsp;Hoover &amp; Birmingham, AL<o:p></o:p></p><p>Ages: 12-18&nbsp;AAU&nbsp;participants<o:p></o:p></p><p>Registration:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Advance Event Systems (AES)&nbsp;<o:p></o:p></p><p>Registration opens Aug. 1, 2024&nbsp;<o:p></o:p></p><p>Registration will close on March 7, 2025&nbsp;<o:p></o:p><o:p></o:p></p><p>Registration Fee, Club Incentive &amp; Deadlines: &nbsp;<o:p></o:p></p><p>Aug 1-Dec 31, 2024:&nbsp;&nbsp;$495<br />Jan 1-March 7, 2025: &nbsp;$545<br />Any registration and payment received after March 7, 2025: &nbsp;$595<br /><br />Roster Deadline: Roster must be completed &amp; verified in AES by March 28, 2025. &nbsp;<o:p></o:p></p><p>Any roster changes done after 8am on April 5, 2025, will have a late/change roster fee of $50. &nbsp;Fee must be paid at the time of the roster change. &nbsp;<o:p></o:p></p><p>Payments and registration must be received by the deadline date to obtain discounted fee.&nbsp;&nbsp;Registration and Payment must be completed to obtain an accepted status in AES.&nbsp;&nbsp;<o:p></o:p></p><p>Acceptance is first come first served for each division.&nbsp;&nbsp;We will accept teams till each division is filled, once division are filled remaining teams that have not paid will be placed on a wait list.&nbsp;&nbsp;When you have made the deadline for the discounted fee, please make sure your check reflects the correct amount, refunds will not be issued.&nbsp;&nbsp;<o:p></o:p></p><p>Winners in each age division will receive free entry into AAU National Championships or the Volleyball Festival.&nbsp;&nbsp;This is not a bid; your team must be registered &amp; accepted (which includes paid) for either the AAU National Championships or The Volleyball Festival before your division closes.&nbsp;&nbsp;This is a team award for the current season and may not be passed to another team in your club or saved for the future.&nbsp;&nbsp;If you division is closed, you have the option to be put on the wait list or enter another division in the same age group.&nbsp;&nbsp;All teams must still register for the AAU National Championships or Volleyball Festival by the appropriate entry deadline and/or the entry requirements and policies as outlined in the event information packet.<o:p></o:p></p><p>We are not a stay-to-play tournament, but please reserve your rooms at one of our preferred properties by using this link:&nbsp;<a href="https://app.eventpipe.com/event/83cacb7e-e4ed-46cc-9457-1fd68e53ed85/book/">https://app.eventpipe.com/event/83cacb7e-e4ed-46cc-9457-1fd68e53ed85/book/</a><o:p></o:p></p><p>Team Drops and Refund Policy for Tournament Central Events including USAV and AAU Super Regionals.<o:p></o:p></p><p>Teams that drop out 40 days or more prior to the first start date of the registered tournament, will be refunded their entry fee minus a 20% service charge.&nbsp;&nbsp;<o:p></o:p></p><p>Teams that drop after that will not receive a refund.<o:p></o:p></p><p style="margin:0in 0in 12pt;font-size:medium;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;">Teams that chose to go to another related / hosted tournament may have 100% of their entry fees transferred to the other tournament.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must be done at least 2 weeks prior to start date of tournament.</span></p><strong style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><p>&nbsp;</p></strong>
